Join us for a morning yoga class followed by a glass of wine, beer, or cider for a unique unwinding experience. Chill out with an end-of-the-week yoga practice designed to help you release tension in the body and mind while cultivating a joyful spirit.
This all-levels flow emphasizes breath, alignment, and personal awareness as you are guided through a series of foundational yoga postures. We welcome everyone from beginners to more experienced practitioners. After our sweet practice, delight your senses with a glass of wine, beer, or cider of your choice from our tasting list tailored for your experience. The kitchen will be open upon the conclusion of the class.
Bring your yoga mat or we can provide you with a mat upon advance request. Please pre-register by May 9th. You must be 21 years of age or older for alcohol consumption. Guests under 18 must have parent or guardian present. Cost for the class and the pour of your choice is $20. Stretch, strengthen, sip and savor!
Certified yoga teacher Rita Adams has been teaching yoga classes in the Lenawee County community since 2000. She encourages students to move at their own pace, honoring and understanding their own unique body, while learning to cultivate mindfulness. Her classes are challenging yet accessible and take place in a safe, supportive, fun environment. She is passionate about sharing the many benefits of yoga.
